How much are tickets?
Tickets are $100 each. If you are a volunteer or rider, please ask about our special discounted ticket price for riders and volunteers!
Can I buy a table?
Yes! We have two table options.
Option 1: $1,000. With this option, you will receive a table to seat 10. Enjoy the evening with your friends at your own private table.
Option 2: VIP Table $1,500. Enjoy the VIP experience! Your VIP table gets you a table for 10 of your closest friends, a group photo, and extra raffle tickets for everyone at your table. Plus, you’ll have the best seats in the house! 🙂
What is included in my ticket price?
Your ticket includes dinner, a drink ticket, an entry into a fun game with an awesome prize, and a chance to mingle with the TxTRC therapy horses! Your ticket purchase is tax deductible.
Where is the event located?
Bourbon & Bridles is located at Trinity Valley Ranch in Wylie, Texas. The address is 2300 McMillen Rd., Wylie, TX, 75098. You will drive past the TxTRC barn and up to the “big” barn for this event.
Is the event indoors?
The event will take place in a large covered arena and the surround area inside a large barn. There will be a climate-controlled lounge and restrooms. While we will have a cover and this is an all-weather event, there will be horses and cows nearby!
What is the program of events?
The event starts at 4:30. Enjoy a cocktail, with the option to purchase additional drinks. Mingle with the TxTRC staff, horses, and your friends. Visit the silent auction. Pick your derby favorites for a chance to win a prize. The derby runs at 5:30. Immediately following the derby, dinner will be served. TxTRC’s Executive Director, Shelby Nicoletti, will talk about the impact TxTRC has made on the community. We’ll have two special guests share their experience with TxTRC. Following dinner, we will wrap up the silent auction.
What is the dress code?
Wear your derby best (don’t forget a derby hat)! But remember – we are going to be in an arena. Boots are recommended!
